Return & Refund Policy

At STS ELD, all purchases and payments are final.

1. No Returns

STS ELD does not accept returns of ELD devices, hardware, software, subscriptions, or other services after purchase, delivery, activation, or use.

2. No Refunds

All payments made to STS ELD are non-refundable, including payments for ELD devices, subscriptions, activation fees, and other services.

Once a purchase has been completed or a service has been activated, the payment cannot be refunded.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription according to the applicable service terms. Cancellation does not entitle the customer to a refund for any unused portion of a billing period or prepaid service.
